Women’s Imamate in Prayer - A Comparative Jurisprudential StudyAbstract This research paper studies a jurisprudential issue of concern to Islamic society: the permissibility of women leading other women in prayer. Jurists have differed on its ruling, leading to widespread debate among both scholars and laypeople, especially in public and private gatherings and during Ramadan concerning Tarawih prayers. The study examines this issue within the Maliki school and other jurisprudential schools by presenting scholars' opinions, reasons for their differences, evidence for each view, scientific discussion, refutation of weak arguments, and finally favoring the most sound and evidence-supported opinion.

The Grammatical Dispute Between Basrans and Kufans – Conjunction on the Pronoun in the Genitive Without Repeating the Preposition as a ModelAbstract This study addresses one of the most prominent disputes between the Basran and Kufan grammarians: the issue of conjoining a noun to a pronoun in the genitive case without repeating the preposition. The research discusses the opinions and evidence of both schools; the Basrans prohibit it unless the preposition is repeated, while the Kufans permit it based on evidence from the Quran, Hadith, and Arabic poetry. The paper presents grammatical evidence, Quranic and poetic citations, and a detailed scientific discussion of supporting and opposing views, including analysis of interpretations and rebuttals. It concludes by favoring the Kufan opinion due to the strength of their evidence and the abundance of attested examples.

A field study on the employees of the job sector in the municipality of Bani Walid, this study adopted the analytical descriptive approach. This was applied to a random, irregular sample of employees in the job sector of the municipality of Bani Walid, totaling 100 individuals (males and females). One hundred questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and 100 were returned, resulting in a 100% participation rate, making them suitable for statistical analysis. The study concluded that the majority of the sample members had a university education level (64.0%). 83.0% of the sample confirmed that the sector they work in does not hold competitions for selecting employees. It also became clear to the researcher that 70.0% of the sample confirmed that the functional sectors do not have a clear idea about investment in human capital, and 77.0% confirmed that the functional sectors do not provide internet service to employees for acquiring job-related knowledge
